OUR QUALITY STANDARD
For more than 44 years, Enertech Systems Industries, Incorporated has been setting the standards for its world class, high quality and efficient Boiler Systems. Every Enertech product manufactured and installed by our team goes through rigid testing compliance monitored by the Enertech Quality Assurance Department.
The Enertech Quality Assurance Team conducts quality test on every manufacturing stage of the production cycle. The ESII Quality Procedure includes: Hydro Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, and Radiography Testing, to name a few. Only products that are stamped with Enertech Quality Assurance clearance shall be delivered to our customers.
PSME CODE COMPLIANCE
Enertech thermal equipment such as boilers and pressure vessels are designed and fabricated in accordance with the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) standards, which maintains as a more important factor than the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code, locally. The Philippine Government’s Bureau of Working Conditions (BWC) under the Department of Labor and Employment supervises PSME.
BWC quality control is very extensive and rigid. BWC has to approve the manufacturer’s design after which a permit to manufacture is issued. BWC conducts regular inspection administered throughout the boiler manufacturing process to verify the stage-by-stage compliance with the PSME Standards. Upon installation at jobsite, a special BWC testing, in addition to the factory test based on quality control procedure, is required before a Permit to Operate is issued. Likewise, the BWC reviews the boiler installation scheme and has to approve it before a permit to operate is issued.
WE ARE ASME CERTIFIED
Enertech believes in the importance of ASME’s mission to provide buyers and builders with a high degree of confidence that all their fabricated equipment conform to established safety standards and excellent engineering and manufacturing standards. As such Enertech has earned ASME’s certification : (a) ASME “U” Stamp – Manufacture and Assembly of Pressure Vessels; (b) ASME “S” Stamp – Manufacture and Assembly of Power Boilers’ (c) ASME “A” Stamp – Assembly of power boilers (d) ASME “PP” Stamp – Fabrication and Assembly of Pressure Piping and (e) The National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors “R” Stamp – Metallic Repairs and Alterations at Shop and Filed Locations.
