Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with project teams, departments, clients, and stakeholders
- Review and approve field engineering drawings and bill of materials in compliance with codes and standards
- Supervise installation activities and monitor progress against schedule
- Identify, procure, and manage project materials; obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Track project costs, review change orders, and implement cost control measures
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct site inspections
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates
- Lead, guide, and mentor project team members and cadet engineers
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications:

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Registered Mechanical Engineer preferred)
Experience
- At least 1–2 years experience in fabrication, construction, or installation projects
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of installation and construction processes
- Familiar with ASME and ANSI codes, standards, and regulations
- Proficient in project management, scheduling, and ERP software
