GUILLERMO C. SIMEON - President

Engineer Guillermo C. Simeon, founded the Enertech Systems Industries, Inc. in 1978. He is the driving force behind Enertech and is largely responsible for where it is today, Enertech, has grown to be the leading local boiler manufacturer supplying about 50% of the annual boiler requirement of the local industry. His education and training was quite extensive. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree major in Mechanical Engineering from National University in 1965. He pursued further studies through business courses from the La Salle University and the Ateneo De Manila University and a one (1) year management training program at Babcock and Wilcox Company in Ohio, USA. He then completed a Strategic Business Executive Program (a masteral course in Business Economics) at the Center for Research and Communications, now the University of Asia and the Pacific. He began his career in 1965 at Honiron Philippines, Inc., with extensive training on boiler design, production and operation related works of boiler system. He also worked for Eco-Asia, a large construction company at that time. And in 1978, Engr. Simeon, decided to embark his entrepreneurial skills and ventured into private enterprise. His fascination to Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer has motivated him to establish the Enertech Systems Industries, Inc. He organized Enertech out of the talents, resources and efforts of the managers, engineers and workers with vast experience in engineering, design, construction and fabrication. From its humbler beginnings coupled with his strong technical, general management and business qualifications, the company has become the leading manufacturer of packaged boiler systems in the Philippines today. Enertech presence is not just in the Philippine market. The Enertech boiler and its accessories are now exported to ASEAN nations, Middle East, Macro Asia, Australia and South Africa. Engineer Simeon is Enertech’s bold visionary leader. His main ingredient of success: education, energy, hard work, tenacity and strong faith.

MARIA ZERLINA SIMEON-TOLENTINO - Chief Executive Officer

Maria Zerlina S. Tolentino, is Enertech’s highly qualified Chief Executive Officer. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy in 1994 from the University of Asia and the Pacific and obtained her Master's degree in Business Administration in 1998 at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom; with expertise in strategic sales and marketing; skilled in numerous business processes including corporate planning, sales forecasting, budgeting, business and manufacturing operations, new market expansion and business diversification, product development, B2B sales and marketing; customer relationship and retention management. Prior to Enertech, she held the position of Division Director for Robert Half International, Inc., covering greater Los Angeles, California area and as the General Manager of Softline Home Fashions, also in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Tolentino accepted the Eneretech CEO role in 2011. She is responsible for the over-all operations, strategic expansion and performance of the organization, ensuring that all divisions meet their financial and operational targets with the goal of surpassing customer satisfaction. Ms. Tolentino is accountable for the development and implementation of company-wide strategic plans which include business expansion initiatives, sales and business diversification programs, product development and market expansion to both the domestic and international regions. She represents Enertech Systems Industries, Inc., ranging from strategic trade and association venues such as the Federation of Philippine Industries, the European Chamber of Commerce, to local business networking presentations. She coordinates the Company’s public-relations campaign to the Philippine government and position papers to heighten the importance of local manufacturers such as Enertech Systems Industries, Inc. Campaigns include: Tariff concerns, Department of Energy accreditation, partnership with the Department of Science and Technology on research and development initiates.

JULES GERALD B. SIMEON - Chief Implementation Officer

Jules Gerald Guillermo B. Simeon, a home-grown executive, is the Chief Implementation Officer of the company. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree major in Industrial Engineering from Colegio de San Lorenzo in 2002 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Strategic Business Economics Program in 2011 from University of Asia and the Pacific. He is responsible of all project planning and extension. Ensuring plant projects are in accordance with the contracts, company’s budget and engineering design, efficient fabrication, timely delivery and effective installation with the highest quality possible, thus affording full satisfaction to the Company’s stakeholders.

LEONORA B. CARIAGA - Chief Finance Officer

Leonora B. Cariaga, is the Chief Finance Officer. She graduated at the University of the East in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and obtained her Master’s Degree in Strategic Business Economics Program in 2001 at University of Asia and the Pacific. Ms. Cariaga provides leadership in Enertech’s Finance Division covering Accounting and Finance. She reports and assists the top management on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Ms. Cariaga is responsible for managing the financial actions of a company and ensures full transparency over the financial performance of the organization.

CESAR C. ACOSTA - Vice President, Power Development and Outsourcing

Cesar C. Acosta is the Chief Operating Officer for Enertech, overseeing the company’s growing portfolio of projects involving power development and outsourcing. Mr. Acosta joined the company in 2011 as the Chief Operating Officer. He was then in-charge of the operations activities covering Engineering, Fabrication and Field Installation. And when the company started venturing into Steam Outsourcing power plant projects, he was assigned to provide leadership. He is currently in-charge of Power projects and oversees the operation of Enertech Steam Outsourcing Business. Prior to his employment with Enertech, Mr. Acosta held several operational leadership roles at the Franklin Baker Co. of the Phils for 35 years. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 1969 at National University. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines in 1970 and Master’s Degree in Business Management in 1972 at Asian Institute of Management.

ROBERTO L. ZUNIGA - Vice President, for Quality Management and Documentation

Roberto L. Zuniga, is the Vice President for Quality Management and Documentation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines in 1971 and Advanced Marketing Management Program at the Asian Institute of Management in 1984. He successfully sold Enertech’s locally manufactured boilers to San Miguel Corporation thereby making Enertech the exclusive supplier of all SMC boiler requirements. He expanded Enertech’s coverage to meat processing in Pampanga, San Miguel subsidiaries Purefoods, B–Meg, Magnolia, Ginebra, 5 star Hotel sector. Mr. Zuniga was instrumental in the accreditation of Enertech with the following ASME stamps: (a) The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors “R” Stamp – Metallic Repairs and Alterations at Shop and Field Locations; (b) ASME “U” Stamp – Manufacture and Assembly of Pressure Vessels; (c) ASME “S” Stamp – Manufacture and Assembly of Power Boilers; (d) ASME “PP” Stamp – Fabrication and Assembly of Pressure Piping, and (e) ASME “A” Stamp – Assembly of Power Boilers.
